And is not correct that this politicization of the courts the principal reason underlying the attempt to gut the Supreme Court? It seems to be the only institution left insisting on the rule of law.
I think the lawfare against Trump and the attacks on the Supreme Court are only related in that they come from the left. But going after the J6 rioters and not the BLM ones does show a double standard at the FBI and DOJ.
Would it make any difference that NY Governor Kathy Hotchul met with NYC developers after the verdict to assure them it would never apply to them?
