My Testimony on Social-Media Regulation
A preview of what I'll say Monday to the Arizona House Ad Hoc Committee on Oversight, Accountability, and Big Tech.
I’ve been thinking a lot about Israel lately. I’m sad, and angry, and generally discomfited about the state of the world. I haven’t had the the patience quite yet to write my thoughts up, but I’ve been fairly active on Twitter/X about the subject.
In the meantime, I procrastinated by writing up some opening remarks for an Arizona Legislative hearing where I’ve been invited to testify about the various policy and legal challenges of the digital age. So first thing Monday morning, I’m flying to Phoenix and heading to the state capitol. The hearing begins at 9:30am Arizona time, which is 12:30pm ET. Also scheduled to testify on my panel are Carl Szabo, the general counsel of NetChoice, and John Sauer, the former solicitor general of Missouri. You can watch here, but here’s a preview.
